Duck Donuts Expands to Wisconsin, Opening First Location in Madison.
MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – Duck Donuts, the popular restaurant chain known for its “warm, delicious, and made-to-order” donuts, has officially arrived in Wisconsin. Originating from Duck, North Carolina, the rapidly growing chain has expanded its presence by opening its first location in the state.
On Saturday, August 17, the new Duck Donuts shop, located at 3308 University Avenue in Madison, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. This marks the chain’s latest milestone after a successful year in which they opened 33 new shops and signed 34 franchise agreements.
The Madison store is conveniently situated between the Duck Donuts location in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and four others in the Chicago, Illinois, area.
“The ribbon is cut and the doors are open! We are delighted to be the FIRST Duck Donuts in Wisconsin!” the company announced. “We look forward to serving our friends, neighbors, and the city of Madison with bright smiles and warm donuts.”
With this opening, Duck Donuts now boasts over 100 locations across the United States, continuing its steady growth across the country.
