Duck Donuts Opens First Location in Wisconsin.
MADISON, Wis. — Duck Donuts, known for its made-to-order donuts, is set to open its first store in Wisconsin on Saturday, August 17. The new location will be at 3308 University Avenue in Madison.
This store is locally owned and will offer a full range of food, beverages, and items typical of the Duck Donuts brand. It will also feature a redesigned shop layout aimed at enhancing the customer experience while modernizing the brand’s beach theme and family-friendly atmosphere.
Customers at Duck Donuts can create their own unique donuts by selecting from various coatings, toppings, and drizzles. Popular choices include chocolate icing with sprinkles and maple icing topped with bacon. The store includes a viewing area where guests can watch the donut-making process.
To celebrate its grand opening, Duck Donuts will offer special promotions. The first customer in line on Saturday will receive one free dozen donuts each month for a year. Additionally, the next 50 guests will be awarded the Sprinkling Happiness Package, which includes two dozen donuts and a bucket of coffee for a future visit.
The Madison location will operate seven days a week, with hours from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Duck Donuts first opened its doors in 2007 in the beach towns of Duck and Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.
