A new Dunkin’ store is set to open soon in West Jordan, occupying the former Arby’s location in the same parking lot as H Mart.
The new store, featuring Dunkin’s distinctive orange, brown, and pink colors, is located at 1410 W. 9000 South. Signs outside indicate that it will be “Coming soon,” as seen on Tuesday. However, Dunkin’ has not yet announced an official opening date as of Wednesday. (Formerly known as Dunkin’ Donuts, the brand dropped “donuts” from its name in 2018.)
According to KUTV’s report in 2020, Dunkin’ had closed seven Utah stores by that year, including one near the Main Library in downtown Salt Lake City. Despite these closures, Dunkin’ did open a new location on Hill Air Force Base in the same year.
With the addition of the West Jordan store, there will be two Dunkin’ locations in Utah, although the one on Hill Air Force Base is not accessible to the general public.
In an official statement, Dunkin’ expressed excitement about serving the community in Utah and contributing to local life.
