Sofi’s Mini Donuts has found a permanent home at Polaris Fashion Place.
Today marks the grand opening of Sofi’s Mini Donuts’ first brick-and-mortar location, situated as a kiosk within Polaris Fashion Place at 1500 Polaris Pkwy. Co-owned by Yunier Jimenez and Yajaira Paulino, the new shop expands on their successful food truck and trailer ventures.
The Polaris location will feature Sofi’s signature menu items, including mini donuts topped with ice cream, Nutella, cinnamon, and sugar. Customers can even enjoy the unique experience of watching their donuts being made fresh.
Jimenez expressed excitement about the transition from festivals to one of the area’s premier malls. “Moving from festivals to opening in one of the most popular malls in the area has been a significant shift for us,” Jimenez said. “Navigating all the requirements was a learning curve, but we’ve made it. That’s life—we’re here, and we’re ready to serve.”
