UNITED KINGDOM — Krispy Kreme Doughnuts has partnered with the iconic TV show “Friends” to celebrate its 30th anniversary with a special line of limited edition donuts.
The collaboration features four new “Friends” themed donuts, each named after memorable moments from the show:
FRIENDS: An original glazed donut topped with chocolate icing, sprinkles, and white chocolate.
WE WERE ON A COFFEE BREAK: An original glazed donut with caffè latte flavor icing, a chocolate swirl, frosting, and a white chocolate topper.
TRIFLE: A strawberry and custard filled donut, topped with chocolate curls and green sprinkles.
HOW YOU DOIN’?: A classic ring donut dipped in purple icing with mango and passionfruit flavored frosting.
In addition to the donuts, the packaging pays homage to the show. Instead of the traditional white and green polka-dot box, these donuts come in a purple box featuring the famous yellow frame from Monica’s apartment door.
Unfortunately for global “Friends” fans, these specialty donuts are exclusive to the United Kingdom. They will be available in stores and for delivery from Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21.
