A Los Angeles icon is teaming up with one of country music’s top stars to create a special treat for his upcoming concerts at SoFi Stadium.
Luke Combs, famous for hits like “When it Rains it Pours” and “She Got the Best of Me,” as well as his Grammy-nominated cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car,” will perform in Inglewood for two nights this week. This back-to-back performance is a rarity typically seen with pop stars like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé.
To celebrate Combs’ concerts, L.A.’s well-known Randy’s Donuts is launching a special donut in collaboration with the country star.
From now through Saturday, fans can visit the original Randy’s location in Inglewood to try the “Bootlegger Donut,” a glazed raised donut featuring Combs’ name in chocolate icing.
Combs, a member of the Grand Ole Opry, has won two CMA Entertainer of the Year awards, four Academy of Country Music Awards, and has been nominated for three Grammys. Randy’s Donuts claims the Bootlegger “promises to be as unforgettable as his music.”
Luke Combs will bring his “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour” to SoFi Stadium on Friday and Saturday, with special guests including The Avett Brothers, Mitchell Tenpenny, and Jordan Davis.
The Friday show will also mark the release of his latest album, “Fathers & Sons.”
