A new bakery, Iron Dame, opened its doors to customers on Wednesday, April 3, offering a fusion of French and American flavors. Owner Brandon Morey describes the establishment as “French with an American twist,” featuring a selection of classic baked goods such as croissants, baguettes, danishes, and tarts, alongside a variety of sandwiches.
Emphasizing quality and authenticity, Iron Dame prides itself on baking all items from scratch daily, using imported European ingredients such as German butter and Belgian chocolate.
In addition to its delectable pastries and savory options, the bakery offers a range of beverages, including espresso, lattes, teas, and boba tea.
Brandon Morey expressed his vision for Iron Dame in a previous statement, saying, “This will be a way to enjoy Downtown a little bit more. We have a lot of cool parks, we have a lot of walking trails, things like that. What we will provide is some pastries and coffee to take on a walk.”
