Fiona Bakery, a renowned establishment known for its bespoke wedding, birthday, and specialty event confections, has undergone a change in ownership.
What’s Changed?
As of November, the husband-and-wife duo, Josh and Jean DeLeon, proprietors of The Box Bakery, have assumed ownership of the League City bakery. Following this transition, the store’s identity has been rebranded as The Box Bakery League City, confirmed Jean DeLeon.
Expanding Offerings
With the change in ownership, The Box Bakery League City aims to diversify its offerings to cater to a broader clientele. Jean DeLeon expressed intentions to introduce a range of products tailored for walk-in customers, including keto desserts, in a bid to bolster foot traffic and enhance customer engagement.
Continuity Amidst Transition
Despite the change in ownership, Jean DeLeon assured continuity in service by retaining the existing staff and cake decorators.
Broader Presence
The Box Bakery, with its primary location in Pearland, already boasts a diverse menu featuring breakfast platters, sandwiches, tacos, and salads.
The acquisition of Fiona Bakery marks a strategic move for The Box Bakery, signaling its commitment to expansion and diversification in League City’s thriving culinary landscape.
