Fleurs et Sel Bakery, renowned for its mouthwatering cookies during its two-year stint as a pop-up in Culver City, has officially inaugurated its storefront in West Adams, located at 5300 W Adams Blvd Suite 100. The bakery extends its warmest felicitations to all patrons. Operating three days a week, namely Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, the bakery endeavors to cater to its eager clientele.
Commencing operations promptly at 12:00 p.m., the bakery’s doors will remain open until the stock is depleted or until 5:00 p.m., whichever transpires first. While pre-orders are not an option, customers are encouraged to avail themselves of the walk-up service, administered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Owner Lara Adekoya radiated enthusiasm during our visit earlier today. The bakery witnessed a steady stream of patrons upon opening, with queues persisting throughout the day until the offerings were exhausted. Devotees of Adekoya’s delectable creations will rejoice in the consistent quality of her cookies, which remain as fresh, soft, and flavorsome as ever.
For the ongoing week, the bakery boasts an enticing selection of nine cookie flavors, with the possibility of additional offerings for the Saturday menu. The current lineup features classics such as Sea Salt Chocolate Chip, Vanilla Bean Sugar, Cinnamon Snickerdoodle, alongside indulgent varieties like London Fog, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Walnut, Peanut Butter Chocolate, Nutella Coeur, Caramelized Butter Pecan, and Cookie Au Beurre.
