In contrast, local competitor Bakers Delight faced challenges in early 2023, as three of its Hobart bakery stores were shuttered due to voluntary liquidation. Responding to the closure, Banjo’s extended a supportive hand to affected employees, encouraging them to explore new opportunities within its own thriving network of stores.
