On April 12, the bakery specialty store “Hyakuka Bakery Fuji” will start a collaboration menu with the fresh donut specialty store “TRUFFLE DONUT”. (Fujisan Keizai Shimbun) “Truffle Donut” is Tottori Prefecture, and its characteristic is that the dough contains pumpkin. The signature dish is freshly fried truffle donuts made with truffle oil and truffle salt.
The donut menu includes “Original” (250 yen), “Custard” and “Whipped” (300 yen initially), “Fresh Truffle Donut” (320 yen), “Matcha” and “Strawberry” (400 yen), “Chocolate” (450 yen).
Currently, “Fresh Truffle Donut” is only sold individually, and other flavors are only sold as sets. Fresh truffle donuts are sold three times a day: 11:00, 13:00 and 16:00.
Business hours are 10:00-19:00.
