Mighty Donuts will reopen its doors at a new location in Hamden on Thursday, February 13, just over two weeks after temporarily closing. The mini donut shop had previously shut down its operation at 1166 Dixwell Ave. in Hamden on January 26 due to “reasons beyond our control.”
In a post on Facebook, the owners shared that they had been working diligently to find a new, better, and safer location to serve their customers and surpass their expectations. The reopening marks a fresh chapter for the beloved shop as it returns to the community.
