Marry Me Mochi, a popular local mini chain known for its unique mochi donuts, has announced the upcoming opening of its most beautiful store yet at Toronto’s Yorkdale Mall, one of the city’s largest shopping destinations.
The brand has been expanding rapidly, with multiple new locations opening in quick succession. In addition to their permanent stores, Marry Me Mochi also operates rotating pop-up shops at malls and other venues.
Famous for their creatively flavored mochi donuts, Marry Me Mochi also stands out for its eye-catching brand aesthetic. Staff members, known as “mochi angels,” are often seen wearing large angel wings, drawing attention and enticing customers to try their treats.
Flavors at Marry Me Mochi include imaginative options such as Trix cereal, maple walnut, dulce de leche, and white chocolate guava passionfruit. The brand currently operates more than 11 locations, including in popular areas like Stockyards, Kensington Market, Square One, Vaughan Mills, Dragon City, Holt Renfrew, and Dufferin Mall.
Their new store, which will be located next to Rolex in Yorkdale, promises to be a luxurious addition to the mall. The space, previously occupied by Starbucks, will feature a “luxe cafe” concept designed to offer both a visually stunning environment and a refined customer experience.
In a recent social media post, Marry Me Mochi expressed excitement about the new location, saying, “Prepare to be captivated by the beauty, sophistication, and experiences that define Marry Me Mochi. From the city’s BEST mochi donuts to an ambiance as elegant as our flavours, this location is set to redefine perfection. This one is going to be BIG. It will be our most beautiful store yet.”
