Eureka, Calif. — On Friday, Nov. 8, Happy Donuts in Eureka is offering a sweet way to support local kids in need. The popular donut shop, located on Central Avenue, will donate 20% of its sales to the “Shop with a Cop” program, which helps children in the area enjoy a holiday shopping spree with local law enforcement officers.
Store owner Natalie Lyly Dy shared her excitement about the event, saying, “My favorite part is being able to raise funds for children. It’s also a chance for them to spend time with law enforcement while picking out their favorite holiday gifts. We support many causes, not just this one.”
In addition to its famous donuts, the fundraiser will feature a variety of food options, including breakfast items and Chinese food.
Happy Donuts is encouraging the community to join in and support local children while enjoying a delicious treat.
