Local Donut Shop to Close Due to Financial Struggles.

BARTONVILLE (25News Now) – Big Mike’s Donuts & Coffee will close its doors at the beginning of November. The shop announced this decision, citing ongoing financial difficulties.

Big Mike’s opened in mid-June 2022 and has been a local favorite. Since 2023, the shop has supplied pumpkin donuts for the Morton Pumpkin Festival, a beloved community event.

In a heartfelt message, the shop expressed gratitude to its supporters: “Once again, a big thank you to everyone that has supported and believed in us. For those who have never tried our delicious donuts, you still have a little time.”
