Gabi Boutique Donut & Pastry, famous for its mochi donuts and donut sandwiches, has announced the permanent closure of its two locations in Henderson.
Earlier this summer, the restaurant had posted on Instagram about temporarily closing both locations—136 N. Stephanie St. Suite 130 and 2340 Via Inspirada—starting July 1 to “upgrade our menu and services.” The closure was initially set to last through September.
However, last week, Gabi Boutique shared a post on social media announcing the “tough decision” to close the eateries for good, effective October 2. In the post, the restaurant expressed gratitude to its customers, saying, “We’re incredibly grateful for every smile, every visit, and every bite of donut you’ve enjoyed with us. You’ve made this journey sweeter than we could have ever imagined!”
Gabi Coffee, the predecessor to Gabi Boutique, opened in Las Vegas’ Chinatown in 2018 and quickly gained a devoted following, especially among fans of the Korean pop group BTS, who visited the shop in 2021. Gabi Coffee remains open, according to the restaurant’s website.
Gabi Boutique expanded with its first location on Stephanie Street near Wigwam Parkway in Henderson, which opened in June 2022. A second location opened in late 2023 in the Inspirada community.
