Voodoo Doughnut has announced the opening of its newest Southern California location on Melrose Avenue, marking another step in its growing presence in Los Angeles. This announcement follows the recent reveal of a new shop planned for Venice Beach.
The Melrose Avenue store will offer Voodoo’s signature lineup of handcrafted doughnuts, including fan favorites like the Bacon Maple Bar and the whimsical Voodoo Doll. Vegan customers will also enjoy a variety of popular plant-based options. The new shop will showcase Voodoo’s signature pink exterior, spinning doughnut displays, and distinctive black velvet “spirit channeler,” capturing the brand’s unique vibe.
“Melrose is the perfect place to bring Voodoo Doughnut’s unique flavors and creative energy to LA,” said Chris Schultz, CEO of Voodoo Doughnut. “We’re excited to be part of this vibrant community and share something truly special.”
Founded in Portland, Oregon, in 2003, Voodoo Doughnut has expanded to 22 locations across the U.S. The brand continues its rapid growth, with four additional shops set to open soon, including the highly anticipated Melrose Avenue and Venice Beach locations.
