This time we visited NAGMO DONUTS, a donut shop in Ueda, Nagano Prefecture, which has irregular opening hours, mainly on weekends. We talked to owner Noriyuki Nagumo about his special menu, his views on his work, and his favorite things.
The space is filled with a natural, relaxed atmosphere, and cute toys are placed everywhere, allowing Nagumo’s pop sense to fully show. Opening hours are irregular, mainly on weekends.
