Krispy Kreme and McDonald’s Partner for Nationwide Doughnut Debut

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are making their way to McDonald’s locations nationwide, and to celebrate the new partnership, the bakery chain is offering a sweet freebie. Beginning October 15, select McDonald’s locations in Chicago will start serving Krispy Kreme doughnuts, with plans to expand to 1,000 restaurants by the end of 2024 and eventually to 12,000 locations by the end of 2026.

In the meantime, fans nationwide can join the celebration. From October 10 through October 14, Krispy Kreme customers can enjoy a free original glazed doughnut when they show a receipt from a McDonald’s purchase made during the same time frame.
