The lively manager of a Dunkin’ Donuts in Watertown was recently highlighted on WBZ Channel 4’s Change Maker segment.
WBZ-TV’s Lisa Hughes interviewed Julianna Tosta, along with several of her loyal customers who regularly visit the Dunkin’ on Main Street.
The four-minute segment features familiar faces, including Watertown High School Principal Joel Giacobozzi.
Tosta opened up about her life, sharing both its challenges and triumphs, and explained how the Dunkin’ owners recognized her infectious energy and positive spirit.
