Dunkin’ Donuts Opens New Location in Jackson, Celebrates with Free Coffee.
JACKSON, Tenn. — In a spirited celebration, Dunkin’ Donuts unveiled its latest next-generation restaurant on Wednesday at 2741 North Highland Ave. To mark the occasion, the first 100 customers in line received “100 days of free coffee.”
Rachel Vanpelt, one of the lucky winners, exclaimed, “Coffee every day!” Lindsey Barnes, another winner, shared her excitement, saying, “Yes, we are so excited!”
The event brought the community together, with the Northside High School marching band performing and the Greater Jackson Chamber participating in a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Dunkin’ also made a generous $3,000 donation to RIFA, facilitated by the franchisee Catalano Route-65 Management and the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. Carla Cutter, CEO of Dunkin’ Donuts, emphasized the company’s commitment to community engagement: “One thing about Dunkin’ Donuts is we are about the community; we like to work with the schools. We like to raise money and give it back as well.”
In addition to the free coffee giveaway, guests enjoyed face painting and various prizes. Vanpelt shared her experience: “So I got to spin the wheel, and I won a hat. I spun 4.” Barnes added, “I won a Koozie for my coffee!”
Known for its innovative beverage offerings and delicious donuts, the new Dunkin’ location features premium coffee on tap and a front-facing bakery case showcasing fresh donuts.
This month, customers can enjoy the potion macchiato and seasonal fall flavors like pumpkin spice. Cutter noted, “Right now we have pumpkin spice; it’s very exciting. It will be going away soon, so you still have a last-minute chance to get that.”
Looking ahead, November will introduce the peppermint mocha signature latte and spiced cookie coffee.
Dunkin’ has been a staple for nearly 75 years, and this marks the 31st location opened by Catalano Route-65 Management in Tennessee.
