Awesome Donut Set to Open in San Angelo.
SAN ANGELO, Texas — Sweet lovers in San Angelo will soon have a new option as Awesome Donut prepares to open on Southwest Boulevard. The shop, located at 4382 Southwest Blvd., received its building permit in September 2022, costing $650,000. After a year of activity visible on their Facebook page, construction updates began to surface on July 10, 2024.
Awesome Donut announced its grand opening for Monday, September 30. The first five customers will receive a dozen donuts and a special VIP tumbler.
The shop promises “yummy, freshly made donuts” and plans to sell ice cream as well. It will be open daily from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.
